Design theory implements many cost saving components. For example, the addition of a large flywheel, the power consumption is minimized to reduce the cost of operation.

A mechanical long-stroke platen & special feed system provide superior die cutting of even warped sheets, including complex (3 way) warped sheets.
The sheet is always under control from hopper feed pile, through the feed table and into the cutting section and out of the c/e, reducing feed errors to near zero.
Special design cam-driven feed and tail-edge register locates the warped sheet properly in the die unit. A special "slow-down," in the feed stroke, kills the inertia of fed sheet and produces high registation accuracy.
Cutting Pressure adjustment is set at 0.001 mm (0.00004") increment for easy accurate adjustment and for avoiding over-pressure in order to preserve knife life.
